I have always had a love of teaching self-defense to people of all ages and ability levels. It is inspiring to me when a student recognizes their full potential. To know that I have been able to touch a life in a positive way. Each student is able to go anywhere with a sense of confidence and student is so confident. Our main focus is on developing confident, healthy and energetic individuals. We work daily with a variety of individuals of all ages and abilities, ranging from businessmen and housewives as well as all age groups of children.
