I’m a certified math educator with a B.S. in Mathematics, a background in actuarial science, and 30+ years of experience as a systems analyst and professional mentor. I’ve helped students from 3rd grade through college, as well as adult learners returning to academics or learning professional tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis. I possess a BS degree in Mathematics (cum laude) from SUNY Albany. I grew up in NY State where I passed the Algebra Regents exam with a score of 98. In addition I have passed the Society of Actuaries exam 100 which encompasses subjects up to calculus and linear algebra. I have been tutoring algebra since high school and have done so on and off for over 30 years.

My expertise includes writing macros, performing basic VBA editing, and applying advanced functions such as dynamic array formulas. I have extensive experience in data analysis, building efficient spreadsheets that translate complex information into actionable key performance indicators (KPIs).
