I have held fellowships and lectured at Stanford, Brown, and Berkeley, among other schools.
Most importantly, I am in my 9th year of employment with the College Board and am a certified Reader and Grader for the AP United States History (APUSH) and AP United States Government and Politics (APGOV) examinations. That means I know exactly what the College Board wants students to master in order to perform well on the exam. I can teach you the skills - MCQs, SAQs, DBQs, and LEQs - that the College Board uses to assess students on the exams. Paired with my exhaustive content knowledge, this places me in a unique position to help my students understand not only the material, but the skills they need to achieve success. I have flexible hours and many resources so students can work on their skills with or without me present.
