Hello, I am Shariq! Hi! I’m a software engineer with over 17 years of industry experience working with a wide range of programming languages and technologies. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring many entry-level and mid-level programmers, helping them grow their skills and confidence as they advance in their careers.

As a senior engineer, teaching and guiding others is a big part of what I do. I regularly conduct knowledge transfer sessions to onboard new team members, where I don’t just explain the "how" but also the "why" behind our solutions. I believe that understanding the rationale and challenges behind a decision is just as important as knowing the technical steps. My goal is always to provide a complete picture so that the people I work with feel fully equipped to tackle their tasks.

I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 10 giants, and bring that breadth of experience into my teaching. Whether it's understanding the fundamentals or diving into advanced concepts, I strive to make every lesson clear, engaging, and practical.

With a bachelor’s degree in computer science and an MBA in Technical Project Management, I have both the technical know-how and the communication skills to deliver lessons that are easy to understand and immediately useful. Mentoring and guiding others has been a big part of my career, and I’m excited to bring that expertise to tutoring.
