Hi, my name is Tanmay, and I am a recent Machine Learning graduate from Virginia Tech. In college, I discovered my passion for teaching and helping my peers, which led me to become a Teaching Assistant for various engineering classes, particularly in the Computer Science and Electrical Engineering departments. My role involved assisting professors with lab sessions, where I helped students understand complex concepts and troubleshoot their projects. I also graded assignments, exams, and lab reports, providing detailed feedback to help students improve their understanding and performance. Additionally, I held office hours twice a week, offering one-on-one support to students who needed extra help with course material.

Working with college students aged 18-22, I aimed to guide them through challenging coursework while fostering a collaborative learning environment. My approach was hands-on and interactive, emphasizing practical applications of theoretical concepts to enhance comprehension and retention. I developed supplementary materials and practice problems tailored to students' needs, ensuring they had the resources necessary to succeed.
