Hi, I’m Constance, a practicing attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Washington. I help students succeed in law school, the Law School Admission Test, and the bar exam using practical exam strategies and structured legal writing techniques.

I earned my J.D. from CUNY School of Law and was selected as a New York Pro Bono Scholar, which allowed me to take the Uniform Bar Examination during the second semester of my 3L year. I passed on my first attempt with a score high enough to practice in any UBE jurisdiction.

Many law students struggle not because they lack intelligence, but because they have never been taught how to think and write like a lawyer on exams. My tutoring focuses on clear systems that help students quickly improve performance in law school courses and standardized tests.

I regularly help students with:
• Issue spotting and exam strategy
• IRAC structure and legal analysis
• Law school outlining and exam preparation
• Legal writing and memo organization
• Bar exam essay preparation (MEE)
• MBE strategy and question breakdown
• LSAT Logical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension
• Law school and graduate admissions personal statements
• 1L exam prep: Contracts, Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Property, and Legal Writing

My approach is practical and supportive. During our sessions, we may review practice essays, analyze missed questions, strengthen outlines, or develop a personalized study strategy tailored to your learning style.

To help new students get started, I offer a reduced-rate introductory session where we review a practice essay, outline, or problem set and identify strategies to improve your exam performance.

If you’re a 1L struggling with issue spotting, I can help you quickly develop the strategies professors expect on law school exams. If you're preparing for law school exams, the LSAT, or the bar exam and want structured guidance from a practicing attorney, I’d be happy to help support your path to a career in law.

Approved Subjects

Bar Exam

Bar Exam

As a former NY Pro Bono Scholar, I was selected to take the Uniform Bar Exam early during the second semester of my 3L year. I passed on my first try with a score high enough to practice in any UBE jurisdiction. Let me help you do the same! You WILL pass this test and become an attorney!
Law

Law

I am an attorney licensed to practice in three states. I earned my law degree from CUNY School of Law. I graduated with a 3.85 GPA. Ask me anything!
Legal Writing

Legal Writing

I am a law school graduate and licensed attorney. I write legal briefs and memorandums everyday. Before going to law school I obtained a Master's degree, and I have been writing at the graduate level for many years. I help students make their essays become more concise, factually accurate, and organized.
LSAT

LSAT

Hi, I’m Constance, a practicing attorney licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Washington. Not only have I taken the LSAT, I obtained a score, which among other factors, allowed me to attend law school for free. I teach students how to master critical thinking and logical reasoning, which are at the test's core. Let’s do it together!
Personal Statements

Personal Statements

I am an attorney licensed to practice in three states. Having gone to college, graduate school, and law school myself, I have written several personal statements and scholarship essays. I help my students take their law school applications to the next level. The personal statement is an introduction of one's self to a random stranger; I help students write essays which highlight those items which are most important to admissions committees.

Amazing Tutor

I’ve been working with Constance since December and honestly she has been the most amazing tutor ever. Not only has my score increased tremendously, but she is patient with everything. She will walk me through what I don’t understand and explain it step by step until I get it. She always looks out for my best interest and helps me when I’m truly stressed or struggling, whether it’s LSAT prep or applications. By the end of each lesson I genuinely feel more confident. I am so grateful I found someone like her.
