Hello Thanks for considering me to assist you in your tutoring needs, or your yoga lessons.
I have been a writer for forty seven years. I have written scripts, short stories, and plays. I have a very good sense of grammar, and story structure. I can help your children with their reading, and creative story writing. I have a great ear for dialogue, and am an excellent speech writer. I have presented to groups, and I can assist you in making presentations, and the technicalities of being on camera, standing in front of groups, and knowing what you need to say to wow your audience. I can help with debate, or speech and presentation. I graduated from the school of drama at the University of Southern California. I have done many theater productions and I have written several plays at the University and for Community Theater. I have submitted short stories to short story contests and poems to poetry contest. I have published, poems, and I have self-published at least one Non-Fiction work in yoga, and spiritual development.

I am also great at teaching yoga for twenty seven years. certified by Sivananda International Yoga Center. I can provide modified mat and or chair yoga, and wall supported Yoga instruction. My Yoga is modified which supports your sore knees, arms, wrists and shoulders, and lower back injuries. Modified poses against the wall, with the use of straps, and supported poses to provide balance, strength, conditioning and general tone. Relaxation and mediation techniques, including guided meditations, relaxing sound and music. Color mediation, chakra meditation, affirmations through class for encouragement. Very gentle instructor, with insight into healing modalities as Reiki, EFT, Healing Codes.

I am qualified because I have been teaching Yoga for Modified mat and or chair, and wall supported yoga for 27 years of teaching.
