I specialize in Series 63 preparation, drawing on nearly twenty years in banking and investment advisory, current Series 7 and Series 66 with the SIE completed, and prior Series 63 licensure. I teach directly to the Uniform Securities Act and NASAA model rules and statements of policy, including agent and broker dealer registration, advertising and recordkeeping rules, prohibited practices, and civil liability and remedies.
