Previously, I have found that an effective tutor encompasses the ability to adapt to the different learning styles of their students. I have found that communicating with clients prior to the tutoring session has allowed me to prepare reviews and personalized study guides. I would describe myself as relatable, empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic.
I started tutoring students when I was a junior in high school. Since I began tutoring, I have helped over twenty-five students in multiple subjects. I've tutored geometry, chemistry, algebra, elementary English, world history and more! When I began tutoring, I tutored at local libraries and in 2020. I, along with the whole world had to adapt to the online lifestyle. I found tutoring online has given both me and the clients the flexibility to learn at any time and location. Currently, I am flexible with the method/location of tutoring, whichever the client prefers! I have mostly tutored one on one but have also tutored in group settings!
