Because of a change in Spanish classes my son had to catch up on a mountain of material or fail for the year.
Neil stepped in, he was extremely accommodating in scheduling lessons and quickly got my son back on track. My son enjoys the sessions and is looking forward to finishing the semester with a solid grade.
Finding Neil as a tutor has been a blessing.
Thank you so much.
Thanks, Jack. I really appreciate your positive feedback---pleasure to help!!
My son is a freshmen in high school and Neil has been helping him with spanish. Neil is extremely patient and well prepared and has truly helped him have a greater understanding of the material. Neil also is in constant contact with the teacher to make sure they are both on the same page. My son feels very comfortable with Neil and I can see his improvements every day...
Neil tutors my 9th Grader for Spanish I and we think he is great. He is patient, encouraging and motivates my son to work hard. He is also very professional, punctual and easy to work with. His positive attitude puts my son at ease. Anyone who hires him will be extremely satisfied.
Neil is patient and understands the individual needs of each of his students. My 10th grader enjoys receiving tutoring from Neil. Neil is flexible and is always available to adjust his schedule according to our family's needs.
Neil is great. Both my 9th grader and 11th grader love his sessions. My daughters told me that Neil did not only follow the books but also used his brain (their words) to make the material easy for them to understand and knew what they did not know. He is focus on getting them to learn what they need to know. Neil is also very flexible in working with our schedule. I am so thankful that he adjusted his schedule and agreed to meet with us within a few hours of contacting him when he found out my daughter had a quiz and needed help.
My son adores working with Neil and values Neil's focus and ability to steer their session into a very productive one. No time is wasted and they get so much done together. We are thrilled with Neil's dedication and his willingness to fit us into his schedule at short notice. Neil is very responsive by text, phone, or email, and makes himself available when we need him.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
