I have a work PC and an iPhone. My contacts and calendars were a mess and nothing was syncing right. Neal helped me get it all straight and helped me diagnose several hardware problems on my PC as well. You can tell he's been at this a long time, very knowledgeable and experienced.

I was having trouble using Apple Mail and my 9 (yes 9) email accounts. I decided to switch to MS Outlook for a more organized approach to my email, calendar, storage, filing, and tasks. After 4 sessions with Neal, I have all of my emails and calendars organized on all 4 of my devices. It is such a relief to have everything in one place and not feel like I am missing an important email.
