I am currently pursuing my degree in Education with a focus on Special Education at Middlesex College, where I have completed several courses in child development, educational psychology, and inclusive classroom strategies. Through this program, I’ve developed a strong foundation in instructional design, differentiated learning, and supporting students with diverse needs. My coursework and field experiences have given me hands-on skills in lesson planning, behavior management, and adapting materials for all learners.
I have worked directly with students in both classroom and after-school settings. As a substitute teacher and youth counselor, I’ve supported students ranging from elementary to high school, helping them strengthen their confidence in reading, writing, and history. I often combine interactive learning strategies, visuals, and real-life examples to make each concept clear and engaging. My approach is always student-centered—I focus on meeting each learner where they are and helping them progress at their own pace.
In addition to classroom experience, I’ve provided one-on-one academic support and small-group tutoring sessions, helping students improve study habits and build self-motivation. I believe learning should be encouraging, structured, and creative. My goal is to help students not only master the content but also develop confidence in their ability to learn and succeed independently.
