She truly cares about your education and is willing to go that extra step to insure you understand the problem. She is patient and doesn’t make you feel like you’re a burden or bothering her. She has helped a novice excel user to be more confident when going through the spreadsheet , using some of the tools to navigate and save some time and although I am still learning it makes me think more about the importance of the info on the spreadsheet and how to summarize it
