I have been helping my fellow students informally since the start of high school. After graduating from MIT I feel like I can continue to assist others with a desire to learn and excel. David is Terrific
My son managed to get through the first half of Geometry with just a little bit of help from me. As soon as he needed a scientific calculator to solve for sine, cosine, tangent, and the inverses, we knew it was time for a tutor. Another homeschool parent suggested Wyzant and that’s how I found David. David has been a huge help. He is calm and patient. My son feels comfortable asking David questions and receives more clarity from him than from the math program he’s using. My son looks forward to their weekly tutoring sessions. We are so lucky to have found him.

My son feels more confident in Geometry with just one lesson with David. However, my son still asked if we can have David come three times per week. David is patient, kind, and made things click for my son. Geometry has been such a struggle. After David left, my son was able to finish his homework and was so happy every time he got the right answer without any struggling to figure it out. Rude and Condecending
I am studying for an econ final in college and hired David. He came online in a dark room, said very little and laughed at me when I got something wring or forgot a step. I learned nothing and left the ssssion with much less confidence than when I started. I was actually choking back tears because I had a decent grasp of the material and just needed some help but he made me feel like a moron. I am sure he knew the material and it is easy for him given our relative level of education at this point but he is unable to convey that knowledge or teach in a kind and understanding manner. When I messaged him to tell him how I felt, he dismissed me. I would not recommend him at all.

Great Help!
He explained graphs to me and we worked on some AP MACRO Exam Prep and it not only helped me understand the topic better, it gave an overall good feeling about having to take the exam in about a month. I immediately rescheduled for next week :)
