My methods: Custom-tailored lessons, Engagement, Motivation, Positive Reinforcement, Humor. My Goal: To get your score up by AT LEAST 100 points...but much more is very possible. I’m Ivy League-educated (University of Pennsylvania…go Quakers!) and I’ve been teaching SATs and ACTs for, um…decades! I've trained with and taught for both Kaplan and Princeton Review, and have taught everything from 1-on-1 private lessons to multi-student classes. However, after years of affiliation with those premiere companies, I developed my own ideas about how to best teach the tips, tricks and methods to students of ALL levels. Contrary to the methodology of numerous other entities, my main approach is to dive right into the tests, and learn the tips, tricks and methods as we get direct and invaluable practice with each section. My style is to engage my students through interactivity and humor, and I have the rare ability to boil down difficult concepts into easily digestible morsels.
