I hold a Master’s degree in School Psychology from Northeastern University (2020) and am a certified school psychologist with over seven years of experience working primarily with middle school students.
My work focuses on executive functioning and academic coaching, including organization, time management, planning, task initiation, and homework completion. I help students create systems that actually work for their brain and school demands, rather than one-size-fits-all strategies.
I also have extensive experience supporting students’ social-emotional well-being, particularly those with profiles consistent with ADHD, autism spectrum differences, anxiety, and depression. This includes helping students with motivation, behavioral activation, emotional regulation, and coping skills, as well as building confidence and self-awareness around learning and school expectations.
Most of my experience has been one-on-one, allowing for highly individualized support that adapts as students’ needs change. I regularly collaborate with families to ensure skills generalize beyond our sessions and into daily routines at home and school.
I believe students do best when they feel understood, capable, and supported. My goal is not just short-term academic improvement, but helping students develop the skills, independence, and confidence they need to manage school demands more effectively over time. Families often see improvements in follow-through, reduced stress around schoolwork, and greater self-confidence, along with clearer communication and accountability.
