I have more than 15 years of experience in business analysis domain and helped many people in my career in understanding and excelling in various areas such as techniques to analyze business, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, understanding as-is and performing to-be, stakeholder management, technical documentation, successful deliveries through Agile methodology using Scrum and Kanban frameworks. I make sure that the students understand the topic in depth and all the doubts and concerns are clarified well enough before going into implementation phase.

I have trained many people including my teammates in developing wireframes (using Balsamiq, Figma, Pencil) to support the requirements, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, flow charts, use cases, creating business processes (using Signavio), writing user stories, acceptance criteria, estimate user stories, managing product backlog, backlog prioritization techniques, and understanding scrum ceremonies. Some of my core expertise are as working with JIRA, Confluence, creating user stories, story map, product roadmap, acceptance criteria, velocity, burn down vs burn up charts, defining definition of ready (DoR) & definition of done (DoD), agile principles & empiricism, creating RFP, FSD, BRD, TRD, HLD, LLD, Use case document etc , and business process modeling and I am enthusiastic to help and train as many people as I can. I have attained Master's in Computer Science and certifications in Scrum Master, SAFe agilist, TOGAF, ITIL, eTOM and Frameworx and my list will evolve with the time.

I also enjoy spending time with my family outdoors and indoors and love cooking for them in my free time.
