Hello! I’m Keertana, a current medical student at Sidney Kimmel Medical College. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minors in Computer Science and Psychology. I earned a 3.89 GPA, a 513 on the MCAT, and a 1520 on the SAT.
I bring extensive tutoring experience, including over 100 hours working with elementary school students in English and math and 300 hours teaching Telugu and Hindi to middle schoolers. In college, I served as a Teaching Assistant for Genetics, Biochemistry, Physiology, Introductory Biology I and II, several lab courses, and also led workshops for Introduction to Computer Science. These roles strengthened my ability to explain complex topics clearly and to support students with a range of learning styles and academic backgrounds.
I offer tutoring in math, science, and standardized test prep, with particular expertise in biology, chemistry, and other pre-med prerequisite courses.
