Hi there! I’m Julia and I’m here to help your child feel confident and successful while building their academic skills! I hold a Master’s degree in Teaching and graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University summa cum laude honors and a perfect 4.0 GPA! I am so excited to use my educational knowledge to support your child’s success!
Before transitioning into a second-grade classroom teacher, I worked as a Response to Intervention (RTI) specialist. In this role, I supported students of all abilities to get the tailored instruction they needed to thrive. I love bringing that same passion and dedication to every child I teach!
As a state licensed teacher, with backgrounds in elementary education and adolescent psychology, I specialize in providing homework help for K–5 (where I make assignments clear, manageable, and even a little fun), and kindergarten readiness (building skills in early math, letter recognition, phonics, and confidence).
I am a firm believer that every child learns in their own unique way. To reflect that, I create lessons to match their pace and style. My goal is to help students not just complete assignments, but actually understand the material and feel proud of their progress.
Parents and students often choose me because I am patient, friendly, and professional while keeping learning enjoyable. I offer flexible scheduling to fit your family’s needs and focus on building confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
I can’t wait to meet your child and help them reach their full potential. Let’s make learning something they look forward to each week!
