I graduated summa cum laude from Rutgers University, majoring in Political Science and minoring in Law and History, and am a second-year student at Seton Hall University School of Law. Throughout my K-12 education, social studies and history were my favorite subjects; in college, I was able to explore and expand on those areas of interest even further by studying under some of the most reputable scholars in American Political Science. I graduated as a member of Pi Sigma Alpha–the National Political Science Honor Society–and of the Matthew Leydt Society–a select group of graduating students chosen by the President of the University, representing the top two-percent of their graduating class. From the day I graduated high school, I knew I wanted to become an attorney. Shortly before I graduated from Rutgers, I was accepted into Seton Hall University’s law program in Newark. My studies there began in the Fall of 2023, and it has been the most rewarding experience. I spent my 2024 Summer interning at the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, and plan to join the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office for the Summer of 2025.
Of all the experiences I’ve had throughout my time in higher education, I’ve found helping my classmates study and better understand the material to be most satisfying. I approach each new topic with optimism that it can be not only understood, but can even become a subject of passion. With civics and history, I believe in a holistic approach to learning–one that seeks to both conceptualize the point of study and contextualize it for a fuller picture. Through this method, students will not only better understand a given topic, but will see how all topics connect and work together to make our world what it is today. I strive to provide a learning experience that makes civics and history fun, informative, and exciting.
