Hi! I'm a college professor and full-time cancer researcher looking to help students succeed in their science courses.
I received my B.S. in Biochemistry from Rowan University in 2016, and just this year (2026) I received my Ph.D. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania. I've taught at both the high school and collegiate level: I'm currently teaching a summer program at Penn for high schoolers interested in learning advanced laboratory science, and I frequently volunteer to present cancer research to high schoolers from the Philadelphia area and inspire them to pursue careers in the sciences. At the collegiate level, I'm currently employed as a professor at Saint Joseph's University, teaching introductory biology for non-majors.
I can teach any science subject as well as help with SAT, GRE, and MCAT prep. My specialty is in taking complex scientific concepts and making them understandable to beginners, so I love teaching subjects to students that might not think they're advanced enough to learn - but they always are!
