Bio

I have been teaching music on all levels for more than 35 years. As an undergraduate, I had a double major of math and music.

I have published a book about music which is an easy step by step way to learn music theory in an informal but educational manner. It is also published in Spanish.

I have taught music theory and history from the high school to the graduate level. My doctorate in conducting won the Graduate Dean's Award at University of Colorado. It is being published by the Mellen...

My passion is teaching young people and I love it when the light bulb comes on with a smile when something is suddenly understood.
