I have created individualized DO plans, tracked progress toward IEP goals, and maintained consistent communication with families to ensure meaningful growth. My teaching approach blends structured phonics instruction with creative strategies such as thinking routines, STEM activities, dramatics, and digital tools like Flipgrid, Padlet, QR codes, and Micro:bit coding. Whether I am designing differentiated activities, mentoring new teachers, or coordinating school events, I always aim to make learning joyful, purposeful, and accessible for every child.

What truly drives me, however, is the bond I build with each learner. I believe that respectful, caring relationships form the foundation of successful early education.
