Hello, my name is Cristian S. and I am currently a Financial Analyst specializing in the insurance industry. I graduated from Rutgers University in 2019 with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, and have therefore taken various finance/business/math classes which have developed my knowledge in those areas. Additionally, I am currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and will be taking the Level II exam in early 2022. The CFA curriculum contains multiple different topic areas such as Statistics, Economics, and Financial Analysis which has allowed me to continue learning.

I have decided to take a step into tutoring to offer my expertise and knowledge to those who may be in need. My goal is to make students comfortable and want to learn more about areas they may be struggling in. When I was younger, I struggled in certain areas and looked to tutors for help. Now, I want to give back and offer the same guidance I once received. I look forward to working alongside you.

Algebra has always been my strong suit as I have had to take multiple algebra courses through my education. Additionally, statistics is a topic area I am very familiar with. Along with classes in college, I have had to review statistics through the CFA curriculum and received 100% in that topic area for the CFA Level 1 exam.

I have professional business experience and have taken both macroeconomics and microeconomics in college as well as tested on this subject through the CFA exam. Finance is a part of my everyday life as a financial analyst and I am looking to share in my knowledge.
