I received a bachelor's degree in American Sign Language and minor Linguistics. Also, I worked as a teacher assistant for an internship that helps me with confidence and uses teaching methods. In 2017, I was only working as a Cultural/Language Consultant for one month at the Actor Theatre of Louisville. I used to be acting at the theatre since I was a young girl. So, I am familiar with what sign language is and what facial expressions to match different roles in each character to act. I do have a few work experiences related to ASL teaching. I have been an ASL instructor and tutor for almost 8 months. I can teach with sign language levels of beginner, intermediate, and advanced for deaf and hearing with any age. I can do teaching, tutoring, and conversational; if you want to learn, practice, and don't understand from your class. I am willing to use remote in the zoom or google meet. Also, I tends to use lesson plans in which I usually introduce the topic in an enjoyment and resourceful way, then explicitly teach the material. I can give an assignment for practice that will develop your skill with sign language. I have always wanted to see the students succeed with their skill sign language and who really want to learn about American Sign Language and deaf culture; I will support them to motivation sign language and allow them to enjoy interacting with the deaf community and learn from deaf people in around. I have two options for one-on-one or group in the session --- only up to 5 students in the class. The session only one hour up to. Please let me know which you prefer the options.
