My online support is for those seeking practical systems, accountability, self-understanding, and sustainable growth. I work with teenagers managing the various demands of school and life and adults navigating burnout, transitions, and executive dysfunction. I help clients plan, stay focused, and get work done!
I worked for over 15 years in middle schools and high schools, supporting students across a wide range of backgrounds and learning profiles, primarily in the areas of executive functioning, study skills, and writing, as both a special education teacher and a learning specialist. As a learning specialist, I supported students in a 1:1 format in school settings for over 8 years.
I have accreditations as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and as an Associate Educational Therapist from the Association of Educational Therapists (AET). I have completed trainings from JST's Empowering Students Through Coaching, Judith Hochman's Writing Revolution, and the Self-regulated Strategy Development (SRSD) for writing. I hold an M.A. in Special Education and an M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction.
