As a current fourth-year medical student also pursuing an online MBA, I bring a strong academic background and a unique interdisciplinary perspective to tutoring. My undergraduate and medical education have given me a solid foundation in the sciences, including biology, chemistry, anatomy, physiology, as well as SAT math and writing previously. Throughout my education, I have developed a keen ability to explain complex concepts in simple, approachable ways—a skill I have consistently used when helping classmates and underclassmen understand difficult material.
In addition to my academic training, I have tutoring experience during college through peer mentorship and small-group teaching sessions. I’ve worked with students ranging from high school to early college levels, particularly those preparing for standardized tests, science coursework, or exploring health professions. My approach to tutoring is flexible and student-centered: I tailor each session to the individual’s learning style, use active recall and spaced repetition techniques where helpful, and aim to build confidence through encouragement and clear explanations.
