About me: I was born in Los Angeles, CA., and grew up in a multilingual family. I relocated to the East Coast to teach high school students as an AmeriCorps Fellow and subsequently attended the Yale Graduate School, where I am a Ph.D. Candidate with two Master of Arts degrees in Literature. Prior to this, I earned two Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California at San Diego (UCSD) and a Master of Arts degree the University of Southern California (USC). I have taught students ranging from high school to graduate school. I enjoy eating carbs, reading fiction, and attending the theatre.
