Hi! I'm Hoorain, a Public Health student at Rutgers University with a passion for making complex scientific concepts accessible and helping students reach their academic goals. I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a minor in Biological Life Sciences at Rutgers University, where I've maintained Dean's List standing. My academic journey has given me a deep understanding of biology at all levels, from cellular and molecular biology to human anatomy and public health systems. Beyond the classroom, I'm actively involved in cutting-edge research at Rutgers Medical School's Women's Health Institute, where I study the microbiome's role in gestational diabetes, and at the Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine, where I worked with immunology and microbial analysis. I'm also a published researcher with work appearing in the peer-reviewed Journal of Hypertension, and I bring clinical perspective from my role as a Medical Assistant at Bayonne Medical Care.

My tutoring approach focuses on building true understanding rather than memorization.
