Born and raised in Colombia, I grew up bilingual in English and Spanish. I have always enjoyed playing chess, reading books, and playing soccer with my cousins. Throughout high school, I tutored classmates in math and also participated in a volunteer translating program where I helped translate school assignments for Spanish-speaking parents whose children were in elementary school. Now, I am 23 years old and currently a civil engineering student.
With a score of over 1300 on chess dot com, I enjoy playing everyday. I analyze my games often in order to improve my skills.
