With my Special Education certificate I got a job teaching third grade. In my first year teaching I worked with kindergarten, first grade, third grade, fifth, sixth grade, seventh, and eighth grade students.
I am currently a middle school Social Studies Special Education teacher. I have a resource room Social Studies class teaching students in sixth through eighth grade. I co-teach inclusion Social Studies in grades seven and eight as well as inclusion seventh grade science.
