I am currently a high school mathematics teacher and have worked 10+ years in the school system. I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.

I have experience in teaching Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Foundations in Mathematics (Pre-Algebra), Basic Math, and 6th and 7th grade mathematics. I also have experience in tutoring Pre-Calculus. I am looking to find tutoring opportunities to help students who need assistance to reach their next level of knowledge in the mathematics field.

What makes me an outstanding tutor and teacher is that I have a lot of patience to help a student work through a problem. I believe in every student and their ability to tackle any problem they set their mind to. I feel that every student has the ability to succeed and that all they need is the positive reinforcement and acknowledgement that I tend to give to every student I encounter and assist.
