My daughter is a little shy at times. But Corey was able to get her to relax, think and not be intimidated. He showed her helpful tips and strategies that will assist in her comprehension. Very Patient
Corey tutored my daughter, who is in the 6th grade, in math. He reviewed the concepts covered so far in 6th grade to ensure she has a solid foundation and understanding. I really liked that he gave her sample problems to test where she is as he went along the topics. When he felt she had a solid foundation he would move on to the next one. He also covered some other ways of solving a problem in a way she can understand to give her more arsenal. Throughout the time he was very patient and encouraging. I really like Corey and I would certainly recommend him to other parents and book sessions when needed in the future.
