I have been teaching at the University level for 12 years and have worked with students age 18 to age 75, helping them to develop grammar, punctuation and clarity in their writing abilities. I have also worked as an in-home therapist for youth in crisis and beside doing therapy, tutoring students in academics is an essential skill since most students in crisis are not doing well in their classes.
All students deserve the best educational experience possible so that they can achieve their highest potential. I am trained at working with youth who may mental illness or other challenging behavioral issues. I strive to make learning fun and have developed unique strategies to help keep students motivated and engaged.

I have years of experience working with youth and adults with an array of mental illness. I have worked in a school setting and in a home setting wit autistic youth.
