Hi! My name is Jennifer and I’ve worked in the education field for about 18 years now. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The College of New Jersey and a Master’s degree in Teaching from Monmouth University. I worked as a fifth grade teacher for 8 years and tutored students in small groups and individually. I have also substitute taught in my area schools, and I currently work part-time at a local community college.
My philosophy to tutoring is to first build trust with my students and to form a great working relationship. I really excel at connecting with my students and have helped very unmotivated students with poor grades to be more positive and have a better outlook with their studies.
I look forward to working with you!
