Mathematics has always been my passion and I've also been quite competitive in terms of test results during my college years. During high school, I received an 800 in the Math portion of the SAT (Total: 2260/2400), an 800 in the Math 2 Subject Test, and a 5 in the AP Calculus BC exam.

I have completed and studied according to a rigorous B.S. curriculum in Economics and Statistics from Carnegie Mellon University. Mathematics has always been my passion and I've also been quite competitive in terms of test results during my college years. During high school, I received an 800 in the Math portion of the SAT (Total: 2260/2400), an 800 in the Math 2 Subject Test, and a 5 in the AP Calculus BC exam.
Most of my tutoring experience goes back to my senior year of high school, where my math teacher paired me up with students who needed some assistance. I accomplished having them improve their grades to an A, generally speaking, by understanding the way they approached a math problem, explaining a concept in simple terms, and having them try out the problem independently. That way they gained confidence in their own ability to do the work.
The ages of my previous students generally ranged between 15 to 17 years old. Back then I tutored for around 6 months and would prepare specialized one-on-one sessions.
