I have tutored students preparing for AP Biology, IB-SL and IB-HL exams, those taking subject specific SATs as well as college students taking midterms, finals, GSATs and MCATS.

Along the way I have prepped my own students as well as those I tutored from all over the country for not only their IB/AP exams but also for SAT II, GREs, and MCATs. My own educational background includes a BS in Biology and a MS in Evolution and Ecology from Rutgers.

For over three decades I have prepared students, first for AP exams and for the past 20 years, IB exams. Genetics occupies a critical part of both curricula. Areas covered yearly include meiosis, Mendelian genetics, chromosomes and their structure, inheritance patterns, DNA synthesis, protein synthesis, regulating gene expression, viruses, and biotechnology/genetic engineering.
