Hi, I’m Nina! I am a graduate of the University of Miami, was a researcher at Weill Cornell Medicine, and a current second-year medical student. My background in medicine has given me an incredibly deep, practical understanding of advanced science, particularly anatomy and physiology, which I love bringing to life for my students. My passion is to work with students of all ages (Middle School through College) in Science and Math to teach, mentor, inspire, and help them build lasting confidence.

I know these can be particularly daunting subjects, but I realized from a very early age that they can be truly enjoyable with the proper guidance. The teachers I had were always engaging and clear, and they were always willing to go beyond their initial explanation when I needed help. Because of them, I grew up feeling confident in my math and science skills. I bring that exact same patient, supportive style to my tutoring approach—making learning fun, clear, and rewarding.

As a medical student and former undergraduate honor student, I know firsthand that hard work and determination pay off. I want to inspire my students to take that same rewarding approach to their studies so they can achieve their own success.
