I am a PhD candidate in Human Geography with a Master's degree from Syracuse University and former Fulbright fellow who is eager to support you in your writing journey! From college admissions essays to research papers and English Language Learning, I am looking to make your tutoring experience tailored to your specific needs and requirements. I bring more ten years of experience teaching college-level courses with a heavy writing focus in the humanities and social sciences. I can help you learn to identify reliable sources, writing compelling thesis statements and provide tools to improve your editing process to be efficient and effective. I have a strong track record of publishing peer-reviewed and public-facing publications, and can bring that insight into our collaborative learning space. Whether it is honing a deeper understanding of globalization, social theory, or improving your writing and editing practices, I am here to help!

In addition to teaching college level courses at Rutgers University and Syracuse University in human and physical geography, I have a TEFL certificate for teaching English language learners. I spent a year in Argentina teaching English Language Learners of all ages (5 to 65) and abilities (from novice to advanced). I have continued tutoring English Language Learners for the last two years, building their confidence and communication effectiveness. If improving your English communication in professional or more casual settings is your goal, I am here to support you.

My students consistently report that I foster a supportive and fulfilling learning environment geared toward your specific learning goals. Book an appointment today and let's see how I can be an effective part of your support system!
