I'm finishing my Master's in Computer Science at Rutgers University Camden (3.90 GPA) and I also hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering. I work as a business data analyst at Adobe, and before that I spent four years as a data analyst at Amazon. Python and SQL are what I use every day, so I know which parts of them people actually rely on and which parts only look scary at first.
I'm new to formal tutoring, so I'll be upfront about that. What I do have is a lot of practice explaining technical work to people who aren't technical. I regularly walk marketing and product teams through data results, and I've learned to start with the simple version and add detail only when someone asks. I bring that same approach to teaching: go slowly, use small examples, and check that each idea makes sense before moving on.
I can help with Python basics, Pandas and data cleaning, SQL queries, Excel, and building simple dashboards in Power BI or Tableau. My own projects include a housing-price prediction model, an e-commerce delivery analysis, and an NFL and weather data pipeline, and I like using real examples like these to show why a concept matters. I'm best suited to college students and adult learners, and I'm happy to work with beginners. I teach online, and my goal is for students to leave each session able to do something they couldn't do before.
