Hello Students! My name is Haley and I am a state certified teacher of elementary education (grades K-6) with a specialization in middle school mathematics. I have a love for instruction and my goal is to not only assist in your natural abilities to learn, but to make learning fun and enjoyable for you!
My preferred method of instruction when I am teaching is to take a student- centered approach to teaching. I like working in small groups with students and giving my students ample time to work through concepts with my one on one guidance through difficult problems and concepts. I take the same approach to my tutoring. I believe that the students success depends on the teachers ability to be patient and attentive, it also depends on the teachers mastery of the content.
As your potential educator and tutor, I strive to assist in your natural ability to learn and understand the content you are striving to master. Never stop believing in yourself and your abilities to understand and succeed!

Throughout my life, I have always had a natural ability for mathematics. When I started teaching, I realized that this ability also translated over to my love for teaching mathematics. Following my passion for math instruction, after I finished my Elementary Education certification I decided to complete a mathematics certification in middle school level mathematics. These certifications make me a master at teaching mathematics from grade levels K-8th.
