I am a current student at Virginia Commonwealth University through the BS/MD program with an associate degree in General Science from Raritan Valley Community College. I have had extensive coursework in Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry, and Biology, in addition to neuroscience research experience at Harvard College and Rutgers University. I have also authored educational textbooks about neuroscience and founded a nonprofit to promote scientific literacy.
My teaching and tutoring experience comprises several roles, including serving as Chapter President of the International Youth in Neuroscience, where I taught neuroscience lessons to students. I have been tutoring for around 4 years, and I'm very passionate about the fields of biology and organic chemistry. I have done very well in all courses related to those subjects. My approach to tutoring involves adaptive learning, concept-based learning, and interactive modes of teaching according to the requirements of each student.
I have been actively engaged in education for more than four years, teaching middle school through college students in classroom and one-on-one environments. My background in research, leadership, and mentorship qualifies me to offer quality tutoring in biology, neuroscience, psychology, and medical sciences so that the students acquire knowledge as well as practical exposure.
