I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources. My academic background gave me a strong foundation in professional writing, editing, communication, and reviewing detailed documents—skills that directly support the way I teach reading and writing. I am also a self-published children’s book author, which has strengthened my understanding of storytelling, creative expression, clarity, and the writing process from drafting to revision. These combined experiences allow me to guide students through both creative and academic writing with confidence.

I have worked with students across a range of ages, from early readers to high school and college-level students. My previous tutoring and mentoring experience has been one-on-one, helping learners understand reading passages, structure essays, improve grammar, build vocabulary, and express their ideas clearly. My approach is patient, supportive, and structured. I break skills into simple steps, explain concepts in plain language, and provide guided practice with constructive feedback. Whether a student is just beginning to build reading comprehension or preparing a college application essay, I adjust my methods to meet their level and goals.

My goal is always to help students feel capable and confident. I focus on creating a calm, encouraging environment where learners can ask questions without pressure, explore their ideas, and steadily improve. Through clear instruction and personalized support, I help students strengthen their reading, writing, and communication skills so they can succeed academically and beyond.
