When I'm not teaching, I advise and counsel college students both personally and academically.
Reading and writing (English) are my strongest subjects and I follow various formats such as APA and MLA to ensure a students work is grammatically correct, sentences are cohesive to the topic, and there is a clear beginning, middle and end to create a well-written and researched essay.
I enjoy relating the topic/subject to current world concepts in order to make the material entertaining and easier to understand. I enjoy working one-on-one with a diverse student population to enhance learning abilities while using proper concepts and formats. I am flexible and work various hours during nights and weekends.
