I am currently in enrolled at Concordia University, and I am earning an MA in coaching and athletic Administration.

I graduated from And Montclair State University with a BA in fashion studies. I am currently seeking a full time job opportunity to advance my knowledge in coaching and athletic administration. I am very interested in doing Administrative Assistant work with career goals in coaching women's basketball.

I have the following accolades: Two Time High school Champions (Captain Senior year). And I have appeared in two DIII NCAA Tournaments Sweet Sixteen (2013) and Elite 8 (2014). I was also the NJAC (New Jersey Athletic Conference) defensive player of the year (twice) (2013 &2014). Plus, I was a First team All Metropolitan. (2014), who was also awarded Big East Honors (2012). I was also an all time steal leader in a single game (12stls at Rutgers-Newark 1-19- 13), and I was the 4th all-time most rebound in a single game (20reb against Moravian College 12-17- 13).

Coaching can be defined as a continuous process of providing students with feedback to enhance, maintain or improve their performance. As a coach I will observe performance, share knowledge and expertise, and provide encouragement to assist students in reaching continuously higher levels of performance. My overall objective of coaching is to enable individuals, develop and motivate each other to achieve improvement in their performance.
