I recently graduated from medical school and will be starting my internal medicine residency shortly. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Pittsburgh, where I also minored in Chemistry and received a certificate in the Conceptual Foundations of Medicine. My strong academic background has given me a deep and practical understanding of both biology and chemistry.
During my gap year before medical school, I worked as a faculty laboratory instructor in the University of Pittsburgh’s Department of Chemistry. There, I taught both laboratory and recitation classes of 20–25 students, designed educational content in collaboration with lecture professors, and guided students through hands-on experiments. I also have several years of experience in biomedical research and have co-authored peer-reviewed publications in immunology and metabolism. In addition, I’ve taught EMT skills to high school and college students, combining medical knowledge with patient-centered communication.
My teaching style is adaptive and supportive—I prioritize breaking down complex topics into understandable steps while encouraging active engagement from students. Whether you're learning biology or chemistry for the first time or preparing for advanced coursework or exams, I'm here to help you succeed with clarity and confidence.
