My name is William J. G. I graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Philosophy and Religion and I also have a second Master's degree from Boston College in Religious Education. I have been teaching Theology and Philosophy classes on the high school level since 1996. I have taught courses that include the Sacraments, Church History, Scripture and the Prophets. I have also included in my classes the works of C.S. Lewis which include "Mere Christianity", "The Four Loves", "A Grief Observed" and most recently "The Question of God" by Dr. Armand Nicholi which is a comparison of the life of C.S. Lewis and Sigmund Freud. My graduate work includes writing a twenty seven page comparison of the life of Socrates and Martin Luther King Jr. I also wrote a 37 page paper in 2004 on the "Rite of Christian Burial" in American culture for my thesis at Boston College. Some of my experience includes teaching spots at Immaculata High School in Somerville, N.J., the Delbarton School in Morristown, N.J. and also at Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, N.J. I also have been involved with coaching high school athletics for the past twenty years. I have coached football and baseball on all three levels since 1993. Thank you and I look forward to being with you. God bless. Will G.
