I am a chiropractor and I have been teaching full time for seven years in a vocational school for massage therapy. I teach topics such as Anatomy & Physiology, Kinesiology, Neurology, and Pathology. I have a B.A. in Biology,so I have a strong grasp of anatomy and biology. I feel I can assist students of various levels of education, from elementary to college level. I don't believe that science has to be so mysterious and scary. I have been teaching with a sense of humor for a while that even the students who hated science walked away understanding and appreciating it.
My teaching style involves discussion, illustrations, and if possible, application; helping students organize and prioritize material. I review practice questions so that the student learns to look for the clues in the questions and through the process of elimination they can arrive at the correct answer.

Antonella is an expert in kinesiology and very helpful. As a beginner in kinesiology I was unsure of myself on a lot of topics, but she was very patient and spent the time to teach me. She will improve your knowledge a great deal.
In most cases, tutors gain approval in a subject by passing a proficiency exam. For some subject areas, like music and art, tutors submit written requests to demonstrate their proficiency to potential students. If a tutor is interested but not yet approved in a subject, the subject will appear in non-bold font. Tutors need to be approved in a subject prior to beginning lessons.
