I have a bachelors degree in mathematics and computer science (double major) from the University of Pittsburgh with a 3.99 GPA (I graduated 2nd out of 901 students in the College of Arts and Sciences) and a masters degree in mathematics from Michigan State University with a 3.95 GPA.

He is a great tutor! Michael is very patient and very intelligent. I had to pass my last two tests in order to be able to continue with my studies. I looked online for different tutors and really couldn't find one that worked. Then I found Michael who was ready to get down to business. We worked for a couple days a week before each test and it helped dramatically. Michael is very accommodating as well. Michael is an excellent tutor for young or mature students. He is detail-oriented and very patient. My 13 year old daughter was having trouble with her Honors Geometry class and Michael helped her tremendously. His schedule is flexible and he is always on time. Michael is the best tutor I've had. Although being extremely knowledgeable in every area of math, he is patient and identifies the weak areas where I needed assistance. He is very thorough in his teaching methods and ensures that you understand prior to moving on. He's also very reliable. Anytime I needed help at the last minute, he made himself available. After returning to school after a number of years, Michael was able to show me many "new" math shortcuts, where I was able to understand problematic areas in a much simplified format. Michael was an excellent tutor. He was very diligent in helping me solve my java, data structures and computer organization problems and prepare me for my final comprehensive exam. The Best
Michael is probably the best tutor one could ask for. After my first day of Intro to Computer Science (Java) at my university, I was completely lost, and was not doing too well. I tried the university peer tutoring system, which did not help at all, so I met up with Michael. He taught me everything at my own pace, without ever getting frustrated if I did not understand something. He was also very dedicated, as he studied the material that he wasn't familiar with on his own, and came well prepared to teach those concepts to me. We've met from as little as an hour and a half, up to 5 hours per session. Michael was extremely flexible with his time, and he came to my university, which was convenient for me. I highly recommend Michael as a tutor, and he will definitely have a positive impact on any student's studies.
