I am currently a PhD candidate in Chemical and Biological Engineering at Princeton University, where I conduct advanced research in polymer chemistry and sustainable materials. My academic background includes extensive coursework in mathematics, chemistry, physics, and engineering, which has provided me with a strong foundation for tutoring students across a wide range of STEM subjects. Throughout my graduate studies, I have developed the ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, understandable explanations, helping students build both subject mastery and confidence in their problem-solving abilities.

For the past five years, I have worked with students in both one-on-one and small-group settings, tutoring learners ranging from high school through college and graduate-level coursework. My experience includes helping students prepare for exams, complete coursework, strengthen foundational skills, and develop effective study strategies. In addition to private tutoring, I have served as an instructor for a graduate-level thermodynamics course at Princeton University, where I taught advanced engineering concepts, led discussions, and supported students with diverse learning styles and backgrounds. My teaching approach focuses on identifying each student's individual needs, adapting explanations to match their learning style, and encouraging active engagement so that students not only learn the material but also gain the confidence to tackle new challenges independently.

Approved Subjects

Chemical Engineering

Chemical Engineering

I am currently a PhD-level Chemical Engineering researcher. I have taken graduate coursework relavent to chemical engineering concepts (reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, advanced differential equations, materials science, polymer science, and heat/mass transport). I also have a Masters in chemical engineering from Princeton university.
Organic Chemistry

Organic Chemistry

I am currently a PhD student doing work in polymer chemistry. In my undergrad at Swarthmore College, I TAd for organic chemistry I and II multiple times and was an organic chemistry tutor for three years.
Thermodynamics

Thermodynamics

I have a bachelors in both Chemistry and Engineering with thermodynamics coursework taken in both degree paths. Additionally, I have taken advanced thermodynamics at the graduate level at Princeton University and TA'd the same course. My research focuses on polymer chemistry and I often utilize polymer thermodynamics in my work.
